A Few Things About Camp:
We covet your prayers as we plan and prepare for this week of commitment to our children and their spiritual needs. Plan time with your leadership to pray for this vital ministry to our district church.
We need saved, sanctified, and mature parents and helpers to be counselors at camp. If you are sending children to camp, please consider supporting us with quality counselors at our camp. Male counselors are especially needed each year to provide a safe and positive camp experience of our young boys. Please contact me if you have questions, the application form has all the information that your local church needs to do, after you have approved the application send them to me before May 15, 2012.
Last, please support our efforts to run an effective camp by helping us with registration. Your church is to register all at the same time and is to bring a church check to pay for all registration costs at camp before your children are allowed to go to their cabins or participate in camp. The busiest time at camp is the first day during registration. Please help us by coming together and cooperating with the registrar in getting your children into their cabins so your leaders and parents who are heading home can do so.
